Ok as i was pubbing with -TJ_ ,--Exquisite and many others gigi was complaning about how we do we bad when ae are mad so.. -TJ_ broght up a game its called "Mario Superstar Baseball" and how they do better when there are connected with each other anyways we should start with names and something to remember u by I will start

Edit: Btw, this really is just to know each other's names ... what I really meant by "team chemistry" is that you know where everyone's strong points are, you know thier personality and get along w/ them during games, and just having a good time. i.e. not arguing, blaming each other.
